I began looking for a baking rack so that I could perfect my breaded hot wing chicken recipe. It seems if you oven bake your wings on a rack, airflow greatly improves and that results in crispier wings. That’s another story.
I chose the RAiNSPIRE stainless steel 12″x17″ baking rack because it is the perfect size to place over a standard 10″x15″ cookie sheet, which helps keep cleanup to a minimum as any drippings fall onto the cookie sheet. The RAiNSPIRE baking rack is very well constructed and is very sturdy. It has a little weight to it. As you can see It has six small integrated feet that elevate the rack slightly, allowing proper air circulation when used as a cooling rack. I’ve run it through the dishwasher multiple times without spotting, warping, or rust.
